Material with realistic design for learning and reinforcing eight postpositions: on, under, in front of, behind, inside, next to, above, and between.
The set consists of two worksheets, one of which is easier and the other more challenging, and 32 learning cards with the question “Where is …?”. With the learning cards, teachers can also practice other postpositions (near, by, at the edge, in the middle, opposite) – some cards can be interpreted in multiple ways.
The learning material is designed so that it is also convenient to use in digital form – suitable both for sharing on screen in an online lesson and for displaying on the classroom wall. The cards can, of course, also be printed. Two learning cards are placed on each A4 sheet.
More interesting vocabulary has been deliberately included. Each card shows the noun in the nominative, genitive, and partitive case (singular or plural) that forms a phrase with the postposition, so students can find the genitive form if needed. This way, practicing postpositions is not hindered by having to decline new words. To make the exercise more challenging (and more useful), the teacher can hide the case forms or choose not to show them immediately.
All materials are visible in the preview.
