RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. General Provisions

This Return and Withdrawal Policy applies to all purchases made through bestonian.ee.

2. Digital Products (Learning Materials and Designs)

Digital products (PDF files, downloadable materials, digital designs, etc.):

  • Are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and the digital content has been made available.
  • By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If there are technical issues with accessing the file, please contact customer support.

3. Physical Products (Clothing)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be clean and undamaged
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • The product must be in its original packaging

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Product Exchange (e.g., Size Exchange)

If a customer wishes to exchange a purchased product (for example, change the size of a shirt):

  1. The customer must contact us at info@bestonian.ee and provide the order number and the requested new size.
  2. The customer sends the product back at their own expense.
  3. The product must meet the return conditions (unused, undamaged, with tags attached).
  4. Once the returned product has been received, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to choose another product.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to info@bestonian.ee including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, bestonian.ee will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
