1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Return and Withdrawal Policy applies to all purchases made through bestonian.ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Digital Products (Learning Materials and Designs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital products (PDF files, downloadable materials, digital designs, etc.):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and the digital content has been made available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    If there are technical issues with accessing the file, please contact customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Physical Products (Clothing)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Return conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The product must be unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The product must be clean and undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Original tags must remain attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The product must be in its original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Product Exchange (e.g., Size Exchange)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If a customer wishes to exchange a purchased product (for example, change the size of a shirt):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The customer must contact us at\u00a0info@bestonian.ee<\/strong>\u00a0and provide the order number and the requested new size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The customer sends the product back at their own expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The product must meet the return conditions (unused, undamaged, with tags attached).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Once the returned product has been received, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to choose another product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Return Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Send an email to\u00a0info@bestonian.ee<\/strong>\u00a0including your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. We will provide return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          6. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If the delivered product is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Defective<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Damaged during shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Incorrect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, bestonian.ee will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
